[EN] Tierra y Libertad wiki is an experimental collaborative work to elaborate a political program for a new Peruvian party, whose main goals are the defense of human rights and the environment, participatory democracy, social equity...

This project will demonstrate how free (libre) software can help collaborate, allowing an open debate, and having a consistent final result (as Wikipedia for example). It will also be an occasion to form more people to the use of free tools, so that they can use them in the future. Finally, it will raise awareness about free software in governmental policies.

It will be based on MediaWiki. All content will be published under the CC-BY-SA license. Most content will be written in spanish, but in some occasions other languages may be used: quechua, aymara or other local languages; english, french, german, etc..., for international communication.

[ES] Tierra y Libertad wiki es un trabajo colaborativo experimental para elaborar un programa político para un nuevo partido peruano, cuyos objetivos principales son la defensa de los derechos humanos y del medio ambiente, la democracia participativa, la equidad social...

Este proyecto demostrará como programas libres pueden ayudar para colaborar en la redacción de un documento, permitiendo un debate abierto, y teniendo un resultado final consistente (como Wikipedia por ejemplo). Será también una ocasion de formar más gente al uso de herramientas libres, de tal manera que puedan usarlas de nuevo en el futuro. Finalmente, promocionar el uso de programas libres en regulaciones gubernamentales.

Estará basado en MediaWiki. Todo el contenido se publicará bajo licencia CC-BY-SA. El contenido mayormente estará escrito en castellano, pero en algunas ocasiones otros idiomas pueden ser usados: quechua, aymara u otros idiomas locales; inglés, francés, alemán, etc..., para comunicación internacional.
